Heidi B. Hackman Parker, Esq.

Ms. Parker began laying the foundation for her career in labor and employment law during law school in 2005, working at a boutique labor and employment firm in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Parker remains a member of the Bar in good standing in Illinois and Florida. Throughout her career, Ms. Parker has built a strong reputation in private practice, representing labor organizations, non-profit entities, and individuals in various labor and employment matters.

Building on her extensive experience, Ms. Parker transitioned into the field of alternative dispute resolution, where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of labor-related industries and issues. Her commitment to neutrality and fairness is evident in her ability to render decisions based on the facts presented and established arbitral principles.

Ms. Parker is currently an esteemed Labor Arbitrator affiliated with several prominent panels, including:

As a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator, Ms. Parker upholds the highest standards of professionalism, providing impartial and effective resolution services to a wide range of clients.
